A member of the bar since 2013, I draw on extensive professional experience gained both in French and international law firms and within strategy and M&A consulting firms since 1998. This background allows me to support companies with a perspective that is both legal and strategic.
I primarily practice in business law, corporate law, and economic law, as well as in other areas related to corporate life.
This dual experience enables me to provide pragmatic advice, tailored to the operational and strategic challenges of my clients.
My Background
After completing engineering studies and earning a degree from École Centrale (Lyon), along with a bachelor’s in economics and a Master’s in business law, I spent over ten years working in strategy and M&A consulting firms, including several of the “Big 4”.
I have also served as legal and corporate advisor to the management of a major public institution before taking the helm of a seed fund dedicated to innovative companies.
